I really love this place! The service is friendly, the food yummy and the walls are filled with random bits and bobs that gives this place a quirky and fun feel. The meat platter for two is delicious and filling and their traditional puddings are of generous portions. If you don't want food, the cafe area at the front of the restaurant is a lovely place to sit, have a hot choc and watch the world go by!

Great place to feel cosy, except you don't feel all that cozy as it's often a little drafty. To be honest, that's why you go here, to be a little oldy worldy. They do good food, and snacks and the coffees and papers are always in plentiful supply. The staff are friendly and warm, and the place looks good inside. Great to go along on a Sunday morning for papers and coffee or a quick crafty just after work.

Lovely restaurant in East Didsbury, great for lazy saturday morning breakfasts, they do the works. Also for holing up with a pint and a paper. Has outdoor seating and cosy indoor round a fire seating too. Had many a lovely time there.
