Happy Days! When you start out at Uni, first time away from home you want a place where you can MEET people. This is it! Whether it's at the bar, over meals, on the sports teams or at the bops you can get to know hundreds of fellow students and share life with them. I personally really liked the food (others wouldn't agree) and the food fights topped it off!

How could I not love this place? I met my wife here! Fond memories indeed. Nice being catered for in your first year (although not always great food!) and awesome community vibe. This is the best hall going in Manchester!

Hulme Hall is an awesome hall of residence! Had a very happy two years there.....loved the community vibe, unlike larger halls, you got to know everybody and it was a good laugh. Had loads of opportunities to get involved and i remember a widely loved performance of 'Cabaret"... The bar is notorious.....spent many a happy night there. The leafy-ness of Victoria Park and historical buildings add to the vibe. Top hall...

Its great that some of the rooms are located in old-style buildings. Love the open green spaces here and the big bar. Good vibe.
