I totally agree with the other review, River Island is not what it used to be! I'm sorry but whenever I go in I am shocked and appalled that they get away with selling some of the trash on their shelves! Now that may be a bit extreme, and they do have some nice items but generally RI has gone chavtastic! It used to be a cross between Next and Laura Ashley and now it's more mark one!

I used to shop here and loved their going out range. But it seems River Island is not what it used to be. In recent years it seems to have focussed its efforts and money on vamping up their shop floors, rather than investing in the clothes-making process itself. As a result i feel you could get better quality gear for your money elsewhere. Having said that..they do fantastic sales, where you can snap up a bargain if you get in there early.
